Connect your Ghost blog with Rank Sector for automated content publishing.
The Rank Sector Ghost integration uses Ghost's Admin API to publish articles directly to your Ghost blog. Once configured with your Ghost API credentials, Rank Sector can create and manage posts on your Ghost site with full HTML content, featured images, tags, and metadata.
Log in to your Ghost Admin panel. Go to Settings → Integrations and scroll down to the Advanced section. This is where you will create a custom integration for Rank Sector.
Click "Add custom integration" in the Advanced section. Name the integration "Rank Sector" and click "Add" to create it.
After creating the integration, Ghost will display your API credentials. You will need:
https://your-site.ghost.io)In your Rank Sector dashboard, navigate to Integrations and select Ghost. Paste your Admin API Key and API URL into the designated fields. Click "Test Connection" to verify that Rank Sector can communicate with your Ghost site.
Once connected, configure your preferred publishing settings:
Your integration is now complete. Articles generated in Rank Sector will be automatically sent to your Ghost blog based on your configuration.
When you publish an article through Rank Sector, the following data is sent to your Ghost blog:
Ensure you are using the Admin API Key, not the Content API Key. The Admin API Key is longer and is required for write operations. You can find both keys in Ghost Admin under Settings → Integrations → Rank Sector.
Verify that your Ghost API URL is in the correct format. It should be your Ghost site's base URL without a trailing slash (e.g., https://your-site.ghost.io). Ensure your Ghost site is accessible from the internet and not behind a firewall that blocks API requests.
Verify that your image URLs are publicly accessible. Ghost requires that featured images and inline images are hosted at publicly reachable URLs. If you are using a self-hosted Ghost instance, ensure your image storage is properly configured.
